SMS Policy

SMS Policy For Marketing

  1. Users will get SMS regarding the special offer that they signed up for and future marketing messages via SMS and email. Expect to receive messages like: "Hi {name}, thank you for signing up for {offer}. What works better for you, morning or afternoon appointments?"
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP", "OUT", or "Unsub" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@pureesthetics.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages daily after initial sign-up for 4 days and marketing messages once a month for monthly specials. You may also receive 2-3 messages for appointment reminders.

Sitting right at the heart of 280's best shopping and neighborhoods, we're in a convenient spot for lunchtime facials and rejuvenating microneedling sessions alike. We offer free, ample parking for our patients along with a clean, comfortable waiting area. 

If you have an appointment, please be sure to arrive early in order to check-in. If you can't make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule by using the contact information provided above. 

While we only take appointments for services, you can come by anytime to purchase any of our full line of skincare products. Our staff would be happy to assist you in finding the right product or service to meet your skin care needs or to answer any other questions you may have.

About Our Policies

When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve time specifically for you to receive service from one of our skilled technicians. This affects how many other clients we can serve that day. For this reason, we have our cancellation policies outlined below.

We understand that life happens, and we may exercise discretion when enforcing these policies based on individual circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email and text with our policies upon booking, as well as an email and text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment, which also includes these policies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that time is valuable, and our appointment slots are limited. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the total service price.

Clients with multiple cancellations or reschedules in a row may not be the best fit for our service, and we may respectfully choose to discontinue our relationship.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the service total. This fee cannot be applied towards future services and will be charged to the credit card on file.

If a client has multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations within a 12-month period, we may discontinue our relationship.

Late Policy

We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. If you arrive and there isn't enough time to complete your service, you will be charged the full amount for your service. If there are same-day openings available, we may be able to reschedule you without additional charges.

Illness Policy

If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or recovering from an illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. For your health, the health of our team, and the safety of other clients, we require illness-related reschedules to be moved at least 1-2 weeks from the date of illness.

If you arrive showing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or fever, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

We understand that sometimes clients feel that receiving HVAC services may help them feel better during an illness, but this can put both our team and other clients at risk. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our policies.

No Children or Additional Guests

We understand the challenges of being a parent, and while we do our best to accommodate families, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. Our services require the full attention and focus of our technicians, and distractions may prevent us from delivering the best service possible.

Additionally, due to the nature of our work environment, children and additional guests may disrupt other clients or the technician performing your service. Please plan accordingly.

Gift Card Policy

We are pleased to offer gift cards for purchase! Gift cards can be used toward any product or service we offer.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Gift cards can be redeemed by presenting them at your appointment or by linking them to your account.
